Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy forecourt.
- Achieve KPIs and targets set by senior management.
- Collaborate with department managers to maintain the highest store standards and drive sales across the entire store.
- Provide training, mentoring, and development opportunities for staff members.
- Explore innovative approaches to boost sales and reduce in-store costs.
- Manage merchandising and promotional changeovers within the store.
- Oversee cash management procedures.
- Supervise order receiving and stock control processes.
- Ensure the management team is effective, well organised, and successful in their respective departments.
- Uphold a strong brand image by acting as a mentor and leading by example in your role as Store Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a busy retail environment is essential.
- Strong people management and delegation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the retail industry.
- Ability to drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
- Flexibility, a strong work ethic, a passion for retail, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in all aspects of your work.
