What will I be doing as a Site Manager at Applegreen?
- As a Site manager, you will be responsible for operating the site in accordance with Applegreen's operations manual, policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service standards.
- Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the store's highest performance, including cash management, stock control, etc.
- Motivate and lead employees by assisting in their training, coaching and development.
