- OperationsCoordination
- Clientmanagement
- TeamManagement
- KPI& SLA Management
- Managing& Maintaining our Operational platforms
- Develop,implement and maintain site-specific security procedures
- TravelRegionally as required
- Prepareand maintain security records and complete routine statisticalreports.
- Managingworkload effectively
- Communicatingwith employees & clients
- Maintaining,updating and retrieving data held on the company'splatforms
- PreparingOperational & Clients Reports
- Supportingvarious company departments
Requirements
Role Requirements;
- Provenexperience in Management / Supervisory roles
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Abilityto work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fullclean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)
- Proficientin Google & Microsoft platform suite's and other relevantsoftware.
General Requirements;
- Abilityto conduct a full-time onsite role
- Flexibilityin relation to working schedule
