Your Role

As a Norwegian Speaking Support Specialist, you will manage customer communications across various channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Your language skills and customer-oriented approach will help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer service software.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance.
