Administrative Business Partner
Support the CEO, Exec team and management teams through high-quality administrative, coordination, and communication support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports internal and external engagement, and contributes to professional, consistent communications across Mergon.
Administrative:
- Diary management and organising national and international travel arrangements, booking flights, transfers, organising visas, letters of invitation and accommodation.
- Organise and co-ordinate onsite and offsite company events and activities.
- Manage onsite visits and internal management meetings (meeting room set up, catering arrangements etc.)
- Organise and support internal team workshops, teambuilding events etc.
- Act as a focal point of contact for the Group Leadership Team.
- Provide administrative support to the Group Leadership Team.
- Work on a business projects as allocated from time to time.
- Maintain a confidential approach at all times to customers, employees and sensitive documents.
- Create high-quality presentations (PowerPoint) for Executive, Board, and leadership team use.
- Support the preparation and formatting of reports, briefing documents, and communications.
Communications:
- Assist in the development and implement the quarterly communications plan, building content calendar.
- Manage internal communications - employee communications app, notice boards etc.
- Ensure the standardisation of brand guidelines across all international sites.
- Promotion of activities in relation to the company across all communication channels i.e. online (web and social media) as well as offline channels (employee communications app and emails).
