Working under the direction of maintenance specialist The following are some of the areas which the successfully candidate will be involved in. The list is not exhaustive and other duties maybe assigned depending on priorities.
- Preparing equipment files - where they are missing and/or reorganising these files as appropriate.
- Gathering and compiling data to support the facilities assessment program
- Updating Job plans / rout maps.
- Uploading of data into the CMMS system to support projects, for example close out of 950T, boiler project, Dryer sieve packing station.
- General day to day support of maintenance activities both mechanical and electrical.
- Review and red lining of P&ID and loop drawings
- Support labelling in the filed
- Support lean and 5 S initiatives within the department.
- Support the generation and maintaining KPI's for the department.
- Support the annual shutdown preparations
