Job Title: Mixologist

Reports to: Restaurant Manager/Manager on Duty

Key Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality, innovative cocktails with consistency, creativity and attention to detail
• Deliver a warm, engaging and professional service to all guests creating a welcoming and lively bar atmosphere
• Take ownership of your section, ensuring the bar is always clean, organised and fully stocked
• Stay up to date with cocktail trends, ingredients, and techniques bringing fresh ideas to Jaspers
• Contribute to the development of seasonal cocktail menus and drinks promotions
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless service between bar and floor
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and responsible alcohol service
• Support with stock management, ordering and minimising waste
• Handle guest queries or feedback with care and professionalism, always aiming to exceed expectations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist in a busy hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
• A passion for customer service and creating great guest experiences
• A positive, energetic attitude with strong teamwork skills
• The ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
• Creativity and curiosity always looking for ways to improve and innovate
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading times
