Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Research Scientist within UCD School of Physics.
The position is a 24-month Research Scientist position in the School of Physics at University College Dublin in Ireland, hosted in the Quantum Matter research group of Prof Andrew Mitchell. The project is funded through the Research Ireland Frontiers project "Nanoelectronic Quantum Simulators". The project will involve studying quantum circuits as a platform for analogue simulation of fundamental models of quantum matter, and developing tools from quantum information theory and quantum thermodynamics to characterize quantum devices.
Fixed Salary: €55,000 per annum.
