Telesales Executive

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a high-performing team in Dublin 8, working with some of Ireland's leading utility brands. This is a fully onsite position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

• 29,000 base salary
• 10,000 Commission OTE (Uncapped)

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding sales results through exceptional customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and consistent performance against targets. You'll contribute to a culture of excellence through best-in-class planning, execution, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily, building strong and lasting relationships
• Make outbound calls and manage inbound enquiries efficiently
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products
• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to drive team success
• Accurately maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Deliver a high standard of customer service across all touchpoints

Requirements

• Previous experience in telecoms is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proactive, results-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment
