We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Portakabin Ireland team in Donabate, Dublin.
The successful candidate will have Slinger/Signaller or carpentry operational experience and will assist with the day-to-day activities of the Operations Department, including the refurbishment, fitting out, and installation of hire and sales units, as well as small projects. This role ensures that all hire fleet and sales units are properly maintained, repaired, and cleaned.

The successful candidate will have Slinger/Signaller or carpentry operational experience and will assist with the day-to-day activities of the Operations Department, including the refurbishment, fitting out, and installation of hire and sales units, as well as small projects. This role ensures that all hire fleet and sales units are properly maintained, repaired, and cleaned.
Loading and off-loading, moving cabins (Slinger/signaller ticket / 9T forklift driver licence).
Painting and decorating hire fleet (painting experience).
Fit and replace doors and windows, Build partitions as per drawings, Repair walls and floors (Carpentry experience).
Maintain a safe, organised and compliant working environment, in line with health, safety and environmental standards.
Carry out refurbishment, fit-out and installation activities in line with technical specifications, SOPs, RAMS and company standards, ensuring work is completed safely and to the required quality supporting on-time and cost-effective delivery for customers.
Apply trade skills and experience to complete tasks independently, solving problems where possible and escalating issues when required to maintain progress.
Work to agreed refurbishment and fit-out timescales, contributing to cost-effective and efficient project delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues across the team, supporting activities outside own trade or expertise where qualified or experienced to do so.
