Your Impact:
Execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and create interest for SolarWinds products to existing customers
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during the product evaluation process
Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within SalesForce for handover to Sales Reps
Submit accurate and timely Pipe create commits on a weekly and monthly basis
Conduct short first touch 5 minute online product demonstrations to potential customer audiences that are both technical and non-technical
Work closely with internal sales team based in berlin to ensure smooth handover
Provide market feedback to include customer priorities and needs
Engage in "social selling". Candidate must be proficient with social media and thrive on creating new, unique content. This includes being comfortable being in front of a camera.

Your Experience:
1-2 Years Lead qualification/ SDR or Sales Experience
Passion for creating interest in Prospects to learn more about SolarWinds Products
Enthusiastic and "self-starter" approach
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Language Italian and/or Spanish required
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
