We are looking for a talented and motivated Risk Manager, who can really hit the ground running and who is ready to lead.

We're a global organisation with a strong footprint in the UK Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Risk Manager to support business leaders in our Dublin Office.

Reporting to the Head of Privacy, Risk & Compliance (who is UK based), you will provide 2nd Line of Defence oversight across multiple lines of business and sites. Part of your role will be to lead on the risk agenda, supporting the business in getting it right first time, and being the go to person in Dublin.

As part of your role you will ensure as they become identified risks and issues are accurately captured & managed through the TP Enterprise Risk Management Framework approach. This includes monitoring & managing meaningful MI, and critically, maintaining effective stakeholder management skills.

What you'll do

  • Partner with operational leaders to bring to life a proactive risk culture

  • Work with all leaders to strengthen controls and mitigation strategies

  • Deliver MI and reporting packs for stakeholders and governance forums

  • Support incident management and control testing/audits

  • Lead end-to-end risk and issue management: identification, assessment, tracking and reporting

  • Work closely with Security and Privacy teams and attend client reviews

  • Contribute to internal/external audits, as part of bringing real value to the role

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience in risk (audit/assurance/compliance monitoring welcomed)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience in working in a partnership/relationship business model

  • Ability to contribute to the delivery of test/audit plans and control testing

  • Analytical, adaptable, comfortable in fast-moving often challenging environments

  • Confidence operating as 2LoD (constructive challenge + independence)

  • Knowledge of regulatory environments

  • Leadership and remote management experience

Nice to have

IRM qualification, financial crime, business continuity, incident management, government/public sector exposure, and/or BPO experience.
