This role sits at the intersection of creative design, brand expression, and employer communication, where you will shape how the organization visually represents itself across internal and external touchpoints. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cohesive design systems that ensure consistency across all employer branding materials, campaigns, and digital assets. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, covering everything from social media creatives to physical brand experiences such as events and merch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into strong visual narratives that enhance engagement and brand perception. The environment is fast-paced, highly creative, and innovation-driven, offering strong ownership over design direction and execution. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and employer identity guidelines.
  • Build and manage scalable design systems and art guides to ensure coherence across all visual communication materials.
  • Create engaging visual content for social media, employer branding campaigns, presentations, and internal/external communication channels.
  • Ensure correct implementation of design standards across templates, layouts, and production-ready assets.
  • Contribute to the creation of new design solutions for both existing and upcoming projects across multiple business areas.
  • Design and support corporate branding materials including merchandise, event booths, and photo zones to strengthen employer presence.
  • Analyze creative workflows and propose optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and design output quality.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the design process.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent understanding of composition, typography, layout, and color theory principles.
  • Proven experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics, branding assets, and merchandise design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
  • Experience working with AI tools to enhance creative workflows and design efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual quality and consistency.
  • Ability to decompose complex tasks and propose structured creative solutions is a plus.
  • Interest in optimizing workflows and solving creative challenges in innovative ways is highly valued.
