We are looking for a highly motivated RoadLogistics OperationsSpecialist to join us in Shannon. The role requires a team player to become a key member of the Road Logistics Team. You will workwithin the team,but alsoonyour own initiative,communications andsolutionsneed to be providedina timely,efficient manner to end customers.
How you create impact
- Day to day operations inabusy office environment toincludedealing with customers,customs clearance, billing,status updates andanyadditionalreports and administration duties
- Trailer Planning, transport and distribution within Ireland and Europe
- Be aware of the importance of following Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for Pharma products and following all the SOPs concerned with the products
- Delivery, collection scheduling and dealing with carriers, hauliers and third parties
- Build and develop good relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure business retention and growth
- Liaise with UK and EU partners to ensure the department is proactive in providing a quality operational performance
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the role to ensure full ownership
- Deal with all customer phone sales and customer queries

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Wordand Outlook).
