Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Our client, a growing residential developer, is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Managerto oversee the commercial management of multiple residential projects across Dublin and surrounding areas.

This is a client-side role offering responsibility across feasibility, procurement, cost control, contractor management and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost plans and project budgets.

• Lead tendering and procurement processes.

• Administer construction contracts and manage variations.

• Coordinate consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.

• Prepare reports for directors, lenders and stakeholders.

• Monitor project costs, risks and commercial performance.

Requirements

• MRICS or MSCSI Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in Ireland.

• Experience in residential construction or refurbishment projects.

• Strong cost planning and contract administration skills.

• Experience with RIAI contracts.

• Excellent commercial and communication skills.
