In this role, you will act as the voice of our Channel partners and Sales teams within EMEIA Operations, ensuring that regional priorities are clearly understood and actioned. You will embrace the unique opportunities of diverse markets, partnering closely with the Channel Sales team to develop and support key sales goals for both direct and indirect Resellers. Operating in a highly collaborative matrix environment, you will drive alignment across Sales, Sales Finance, and Worldwide Reseller Operations to ensure we consistently show up for our partners as "One Apple."
Bachelor's degree.\n8+ years of relevant work experience in a Planning, Logistics, Retail, Finance, or Operations within a fast-paced product-driven industry.\n3+ years of experience at a senior management level, with a demonstrated track record of hiring, motivating, and developing diverse teams and people managers.\nDemonstrated experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain management.
Strategic Vision: Ability to see the 'big picture' and contribute to shaping the future of Apple's Operations capabilities, with a continuous improvement focus.\nProblem Solving: A proactive, creative thinker who can identify practical ways to optimise the supply chain, manage execution details, and implement new tools.\nCommunication: Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills (experience with Keynote is a plus), bringing positive energy to every interaction.\nAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex data and present clear, actionable insights to executive leadership.\nInfluence & Autonomy: Ability to operate autonomously and build influence across a matrix organisation. Comfortable navigating differing viewpoints and advocating confidently for strategic decisions.\nGrowth Mindset: A strong desire to learn, with the ability to actively seek out, accept, and integrate feedback from diverse perspectives.\nOrganisation: Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain an effective management system for the team.
