We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Deli Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will Manage the daily running of a fast-paced deli, lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure high food-safety and hygiene standards.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily deli counter operations and presentation
* Lead, train, and support deli staff
* Ensure HACCP, food safety, and allergen standards are met
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Manage stock, ordering, and product rotation (FIFO)
* Support sales targets and minimise waste

Qualifications

* Experience in a deli or fresh-food environment
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP
* Ability to lead a team and work in a busy environment
* Excellent communication and customer-service skills
* Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, Monday to Friday
