Reporting to the Head of Communications, the Graphic Designer supports the rollout and ongoing delivery of a consistent corporate brand strategy and visual system as part of the Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Client Engagement Team. The person in this role supports the team in delivering branded assets for internal and external stakeholders in line with brand guidelines, helps strengthen the governance of Sisk and associated brand identities and acts as a subject matter expert in the implementation of the agreed brand guidelines and visual system across the business.
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend depending on the business needs.

Experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating delivery of creative brand solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with video editing and/or content management systems is desirable.
Qualifications
• Degree (Level 8) in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design consistency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to take initiative.

Brand Identity Management
- Support the brand team in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
- Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints.
- Support the business in using brand guidelines effectively.
- Design key pieces of branded collateral.
- Advise internal teams on correct brand usage.
Stakeholder collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, site teams and departments across the business.
- Support brand consistency across all communications.
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships.
Brand Expertise and Creative Leadership
- Act as a key member of the brand team supporting brand implementation across Sisk.
- Understand the challenges and opportunities of standardising the brand across the business.
- Provide creative ideas and practical solutions.
- Continually bring new ideas and approaches to how the brand is communicated.
