Location: Caesars Palace, Galway| Job Type: Part-Time, 24 hours per week | On-Site

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will be a key leader on the floor, working closely with the General Manager to drive the performance and success of the venue. You will lead the team during your shift, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance are maintained at all times.

You will be responsible for motivating the team, managing cash operations, and creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for both staff and customers. Direct gaming industry experience is not essential - we strongly encourage applications from accomplished supervisors with a strong background in high-volume retail or hospitality.

Hours: 11;00pm - 7:00am including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Assistants during your shift, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.


  • Operational Management: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage cash desk operations, and ensure the venue is presented to the highest standards.


  • Customer Experience: Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries, resolving them professionally to ensure a welcoming and positive atmosphere.


  • Performance & Compliance: Monitor on-shift performance, ensuring the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a supervisory or team leader role in retail, hospitality, or leisure (direct gaming experience is not required - we'll teach you the industry)


  • Proven cash handling experience - you're comfortable managing floats, reconciliations, and cash operations


  • Strong people skills - you can motivate a team, have a difficult conversation when needed, and lead by example


  • Problem-solving mindset - you think on your feet and stay composed under pressure


  • Solid computer literacy- comfortable with Excel and basic reporting tools


  • You must be 18 or over to apply.
