Key Responsibilities!
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across production, office, and support areas in line with GMP, SOPs, and company standards.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment following COSHH, health & safety, fire, and hygiene procedures.
- Complete all required documentation accurately, including cleaning logs, reports, and electronic records.
- Identify and report hazards, spills, faulty equipment, and maintenance issues promptly while ensuring cleaning stores remain organised and secure.
- Support operational requirements by covering staff absences, assisting with special functions, and maintaining professional conduct at all times.
What We're Looking For!
- Previous cleaning in a Pharmaceutical environment is a plus, but full training is provided
- A proactive attitude and readiness to adapt to daily needs
- Ability to follow precise procedures and safety protocols
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Team spirit with the ability to work independently when required
- High standards of personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance
