Responsibilities;
- Overallaccountability for customer sales and new business development
- Research,identify, target and secure new business opportunities
- Manage the business development team and sales pipeline
- Manageand undertake local, regional and national activities includingtrade shows, networking events, workshops, presentations etc.
- Draft bids & tender proposals for prospective clients
- Contributingto and assisting with the implementation of the annual sales strategies
- Gatherand maintain relevant industry data in support of growth and development
- Gatherand feedback marketing intelligence in liaison with key stakeholders
- Communicatewith clients regularly to ensure visibility and partnership.
- Leadad-hoc Operational projects and initiatives to drive business strategy.
Requirements
- Proven Business Development / Sales Experience
- Proven financial and commercial experience
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in sales / CRM platforms
- Proficiency in power point / presentations
- Experience within bids & proposals
