Post: Project Worker x2 Extern Outreach Support Service ROI60/06/26/2v-1

Salary: Grade 4 Scale, €42.624 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: 37.5 standard hours (including breaks) (Flexibility Required)

Contract Status: Permanent

Location: Mischnoc, Unit 12 Watch House cross Retail Business Park, Parteen Road, Limerick, V94XYK

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a trauma-informed, non-judgemental and compassionate approach to practice, with the ability to effectively engage individuals who may be reluctant or mistrustful of services. They will show creativity and flexibility in their approach to engagement and problem-solving, adapting interventions to meet the complex and changing needs of service users.

The successful candidate will support service users in the North Cork and Kerry areas and will work as part of a team based in Limerick. The role is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home as part of the role.

Extern may form a panel for 12 months for future similar positions which are fixed term/part time contracts
