You will join an engineering team rooted in Lean and Agile principles. We believe:
- Human-in-the-Loop AI: We use AI to automate the mundane (boilerplate, unit test scaffolding, migrations) so you can focus on the meaningful and creative.
- Quality is Non-Negotiable: Untested code is broken by design. We maintain high standards through automated CI/CD pipelines and ongoing deployments.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance connectors for third-party APIs and shipping carrier networks, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery.
- Architect systems capable of handling the high-velocity demands of global retailers.
- Craft modular, "plug-and-play" software architectures.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years of professional experience with Python (FastAPI and Django).
- Strong grasp of software design patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, orLLM-based agents) to improve personal throughput and code quality.
- Knowledge of Git and experience with advanced branching strategies.
- Proficiency in unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and an understanding of distributed system architecture.
- A strong belief in Lean methodologies and a "Build-Measure-Learn" approach.
