Position Summary
The Lead Analyst will provide analytical insight, data-driven recommendations, and structured problem-solving to support the identification and development of new business opportunities with a focus on process improvement, optimisation, and value creation.
This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on execution, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to develop a broad skill set across analysis, delivery, and solution development.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
• Analyse business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data sets, including large and unstructured data, to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and customer narratives to support targeting, decision-making, and opportunity assessment.
• Support the identification of process gaps and optimisation opportunities within prospective customer environments.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to prioritise opportunities and support early-stage initiative development.
• Support the documentation of business requirements, process improvements, and solution approaches.
• Work with technical teams to support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Monitor outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Exposure to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or business intelligence platforms.
• Demonstrated interest in developing capabilities in project management, system design, or development.
