We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Online Fulfilment Warehouse Operative to join our team in our Ballymun Warehouse.

This is a permanent, full time position.

The Online Fulfilment Operative is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders for online sales. The role ensures orders are processed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard to support excellent customer service and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick customer orders from online warehouse locations using handheld scanners.
  • Pack items securely and correctly to ensure safe delivery.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure correct labelling and documentation.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity when processing orders.
  • Receive and store incoming stock in the correct warehouse locations.
  • Assist with stock control activities, including cycle counts and stocktakes.
  • Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfilment targets.
  • Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to supervisors.


Skills and Experience

  • Previous warehouse or order fulfilment experience preferred but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer or handheld scanner skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 20kg where required).
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.


Desirable Attributes

  • Experience working with stock management systems
  • Forklift or manual handling certification
  • Flexible availability for peak trading periods.
