We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Online Fulfilment Warehouse Operative to join our team in our Ballymun Warehouse.
This is a permanent, full time position.

The Online Fulfilment Operative is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders for online sales. The role ensures orders are processed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard to support excellent customer service and timely delivery.

The Online Fulfilment Operative is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders for online sales. The role ensures orders are processed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard to support excellent customer service and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders from online warehouse locations using handheld scanners.
- Pack items securely and correctly to ensure safe delivery.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure correct labelling and documentation.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity when processing orders.
- Receive and store incoming stock in the correct warehouse locations.
- Assist with stock control activities, including cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfilment targets.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to supervisors.
Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse or order fulfilment experience preferred but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer or handheld scanner skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow processes and instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 20kg where required).
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience working with stock management systems
- Forklift or manual handling certification
- Flexible availability for peak trading periods.
