YOUR IMPACT

You will drive extensive multi-client and firm-wide impact by building and scaling innovative technology solutions.

Your day-to-day focus will be balanced across four core pillars: driving strategic technical initiatives, applying deep technical expertise, fostering people leadership, and supporting broader practice growth.

You will play an important role in creating new opportunities by elevating and shaping strategic client conversations. By recognizing complex issue patterns across diverse client scenarios, you will unlock opportunities to solve larger problems through the strategic application of our technology assets. Additionally, you will proactively design and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with developing scalable, client-facing solutions.

You will be a prominent thought leader, providing deep technical insights to resolve complex, large-scale challenges in critical client-facing situations and guiding crucial design choices across the organization.You will drive the continuous innovation of our technology assets in Growth, Marketing & Sales (GM&S) to maximize their impact across client organizations, actively shaping how the firm approaches complex technical problems.

You will act as a trusted strategic counselor to practice leaders and technical CxO-level clients, leveraging a substantial network of senior partners and technology executives. Backed by strong sponsorship within your immediate group and across the broader firm, you will serve as a powerful magnet for top engineering talent. You will dedicate yourself to mentoring, apprenticing, and influencing technologists across various teams and impact levels, actively fostering the next generation of engineering leadership.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of experience with a distinctive record of impact and executive leadership
  • Experience leading cross-functional matrixed development teams in development and management of cloud-native software
  • Experience managing an organization of at least 25 technical team members in building and maintaining software solutions in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing 3rd party development partners to ensure high levels of value, usability, quality and predictability
  • Familiarity with external platform/ technologies landscape that can be leveraged across multiple solutions and help with build vs. assemble vs. buy approach
  • Experience building applications and platform using cloud computing and cloud technologies
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment highly preferred
  • Experience partnering and interacting with senior level management or executives, senior technical audiences or clients
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills, leading with others in mind in a culture of trust
  • Ability to balance product requirements, manage expectations, and drive effective results using a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues
  • Ability to communicate the technical possibilities and limitations of systems to non-technical colleagues in meaningful, constructive way
