The Role
You'll work as part of our Production team to play a vital role in manufacturing precision-engineered single-use biocontainers. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Operate and monitor machinery to manufacture singe use products to exact design specifications.
- Use production software to track orders, manage inventory, and generate electronic batch records.
- Initiate welding cycles and oversee multiple machinery operations.
- Inspect products throughout production stages to catch any defects early.
- Conduct thorough final inspections of finished products for quality, packaging, and labeling.
- Maintain detailed production and defect records.
- Prepare products for packaging and shipment.
- Keep equipment clean and properly maintained at all production stages.
- Flag any machinery irregularities to supervisors and quality teams immediately.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) as you need to read SOPs carefully and communicate effectively.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learning Meissner software applications.
- A genuine commitment to producing the highest quality product.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and have a high attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience.
- Background working in regulated manufacturing environments.

The Work Environment
- ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment.
- Required protective gear: powder-free gloves, face mask, hairnet, cleanroom suit, shoe covers.
- No shorts, loose clothing, or soiled/frayed garments.
- No makeup or hair products.
- Must be a non-smoker (smoke particles damage products even hours after smoking).
