This Project Management role will involve working as part of ALONE Community, Innovation and Enterprise functions whose purpose is to deliver new projects and opportunities that will enhance the choice of older people and system enhancements for the benefit of all our stakeholders.
The Community, Innovation & Enterprise (CIE) function supports the development and delivery of strategic initiatives that improve services and opportunities for older people across ALONE. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, CIE drives innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to support ALONE's mission and future growth.
The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a ALONE Project Manager, tasked with the identification, management, and successful implementation of projects aligned with ALONE's Strategic Goals. Projects may span service development, operational improvement, digital systems, partnerships, innovation initiatives, and organisational change. The successful candidate must be comfortable working across varied projects and evolving organisational priorities.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategically important initiatives, assuming the role of Project Manager including initiation, design, scoping, delivery, monitoring, reporting, and cost management from conception to completion.
- Support a diverse portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives across ALONE's Community, Innovation & Enterprise functions.
- Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects across the areas community, innovation and enterprise.
- Liaison and co-ordination within internal and external stakeholders to deliver projectson time and within budget
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders to support change navigation, successful project delivery. Collaborate with other project managers and stakeholders to identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities
- Any other duties within the general requirements of the above that may be assigned.
Essential skills & experience
- 3+ years previous project management experience.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external teams.
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations and coordinate effectively across multiple teams and evolving organisational priorities.
- Proven track record demonstrating ability to work on own initiative lead a project from start to finish.
- Demonstrate ability to deliver solutions on complex issues while considering the wider organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and support innovation and continuous improvement across projects and services.
- Experience of working within HSE, NGO, sector desirable but not required.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage several projects and changes across ALONE simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other similar applications.
- Full clean drivers licence
