You will operate at the centre of the organisation, leading cross-functional teams and site operations to ensure projects are executed with discipline, clarity, and strong stakeholder alignment-consistently delivering a best-in-class product and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of project delivery across the complete project lifecycle, from post-sales handover through commissioning and final client handover
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Procurement, QA/QC, Mission Critical, and Site teams
- Own project financial performance, with full accountability for budgets, cost control, and gross margin delivery
- Develop and maintain robust project pricing and execution plans, clearly defining scope, assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, timelines, risks, and cost boundaries
- Partner closely with Client Account Management during pre-sales activities to support accurate project costing, risk assessment, and execution planning
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including milestones, sequencing, dependencies, and target versus actual delivery tracking
- Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to continuously improve project execution methods, driving efficiency, quality, and standardisation
- Support the rollout and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud and other digital project delivery tools, contributing to process improvement and consistent ways of working
- Maintain strong, day-to-day engagement with site teams, ensuring clear visibility of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, setting clear expectations around safety culture, risk management, reporting, and training in partnership with Health & Safety
- Manage, coach, and develop Project Engineer(s) as required, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance project culture
- Collaborate closely with fellow Project Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with business strategy and operational priorities.
What We Look For
Essential
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in commercial, data centre, high-tech, healthcare, manufacturing, or similar environments
- Minimum of 10 years' experience managing high-value projects within construction, M&E, civil, or comparable technical industries
- Strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- High level of commercial awareness, with experience managing costs, margins, scope, and risk
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making capability
