The role of Sales Agent is fundamental to our organization's success, as it involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential customers to drive sales growth. As a Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position demands a proactive and results-driven professional who can effectively communicate the value of our products or services to prospective clients. You will play a critical role in achieving or exceeding sales targets, maintaining an organized sales pipeline, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities (in this role you will)

Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product or service solutions.

Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing objections and closing sales deals.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.

Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Experience / Education (You are/have)

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is beneficial.
